Jessica alba...On the cover of the March 2006 issue, Playboy magazine named her among its twenty five Se*xiest Celebrities, and the Se*x Star of the Year. Jessica Alba was involved in litigation against Playboy for its use of Alba's image (from a promotional shot for Into the Blue) without her consent, which Jessica Alba contends gave the appearance that Alba was featured in the issue in a "nu*de pictorial".
However, Jessica Alba later dropped the lawsuit after receiving a personal apology from Playboy owner Hugh Hefner, who agreed to make donations to two charities that Jessica Alba has supported.
